“No Failures With God”

I remember being incredibly upset. I had crossed a line I promised myself I would never cross and I was beginning to wonder if I would ever be able to make good choices.  The voices condemning me weren’t external, they were internal. I was completely discouraged and I wanted to give up.  

Have you ever felt like I did? Did you ever fall from a standard that you had set for yourself and or cross an invisible boundary that your convictions had created? If so, then you need to know you are not alone.  Many of us have made the same mistakes and with God’s help we have found the strength to get up and try again.  I promise, you can to.  

God offers his grace and His grace covers our mistakes and helps us overcome our failures. Even when you are exasperated with yourself and consumed by your failures, God is reaching out inviting you to lean on him until you can make it on your own.
